Alessandro Mele

Since 2004 Alessandro Mele has been involved in Cometa Network, a social enterprise dealing with fostering, education, social inclusion and youth employment, operating in Como with approximately 260 employees, 260 volunteers and 1300 beneficiaries. President of Cometa VET school (600 students) and Secretary General of IATH, VET College on Tourism and Hospitality (200 students). Since 2016, lead the National Association of Colleges-ITS (Rete ITS ITALIA) as founder, President and nowadays Deputy President. He got his degree in Economics at Università di Siena and a Master in Economics and Management of non profit, with a specialisation in CSR management. Italian referent of Unesco-Unevoc. Trainer and speaker at national and international conferences; author of several publications on sectorial journals.
