Marta Rybka has been working at Uniser since 2018 where she covers the role of IT specialist. Since 2020 she has been working mainly on the development of the e-learning course Erasmus Learner Journey and Moving Generation platform. She conceived Erasmus Learner Journey (ELJ) as a support for participants throughout all the mobility phases thanks to interactive activities and elements of gamification. Moving Generation (MG) is an online tool for 360° mobility projects management. She is mainly responsible for testing the platform’s performance, writing new features and coordinating their development with an external developers team.
